Caron Brown
Caron started Strategy Bugs after more than a decade working inside the architecture and design industry. Before founding the consultancy she spent 13 years as Business Manager at Kerry Hill Architects in Fremantle - one of the best seats in the house for understanding what it actually takes to keep a creative practice running well.
Since launching Strategy Bugs, she’s worked with more than 50 architecture, interior and landscape design studios across Australia, helping them build stronger foundations, charge what they’re worth and grow with confidence.
Caron’s approach is practical, direct and genuinely collaborative. She’s not here to tell you how to run your studio - she’s here to help you figure out the version that works for you.

Bailey Brown
Bailey is the person who finds the things you didn’t know were costing you. With a background in Finance and four years embedded in the Strategy Bugs team, his strength is in the often invisible side of running a business - the workflows, the admin patterns, the processes that quietly slow everything down.
He’s particularly good at taking what feels like operational chaos and turning it into something clear, structured and actually manageable. Whether that’s untangling legacy processes or building systems from scratch, Bailey’s work is thorough, considered and built to last.
